We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below to determine if your order qualifies for a return, refund, or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
✅ Eligible Items
You may return or exchange regular, non-customized products within 14 days of delivery if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
It is in its original packaging
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand and wholesale manufacturing:
Custom-printed items (e.g. t-shirts, hoodies, branded merchandise)
Clearance or final sale items
Items damaged due to customer mishandling
are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll either:
Replace the item at no cost to you, or
Issue a full refund
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
You’ll be notified by email once the refund is processed
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item, etc.)
Please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at info@pactradeintl.com with your order details and photos if applicable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Double-check your bank account or credit card statement
Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
