1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

Note: Custom-printed and made-to-order products may take longer to produce. Please refer to the product page for estimated production times.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated transit times (after processing) are:

Canada 5–10 business days
International 7–21 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. We offer:

Free Shipping on select orders or promotions

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:

PacTrade is not responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. PacTrade is **not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost or misdelivered packages due to customer error**

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.

Wait 1–2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before actual drop-off.

If still not received, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

While we are not liable for lost shipments caused by the carrier, we’ll do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes in the U.S. via USPS. Expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. box addresses.
